📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring smooth and efficient logistics processes.
• Coordinate with drivers and delivery teams to optimize routes and timelines.
• Implement and monitor inventory management systems using SAP and WMS.
• Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement in logistics operations.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate records and reports of all logistics activities.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations.
• Provide training and support to junior staff to enhance team performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics operations, preferably in a 3PL environment.
• Strong knowledge of logistics software such as SAP and WMS.
• Certification in logistics operations or a related field is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
