📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records using accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, or similar.
- Process payroll and ensure timely payment to employees.
- Prepare and submit monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian accounting standards and regulations.
- Monitor bank reconciliations and manage accounts payable and receivable.
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Provide financial reports and analysis to support decision-making.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial documentation.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting.
- Proficient in using accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, or similar.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards and regulations.
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with payroll processing is a plus.
