📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide technical support to employees, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain IT systems and software.
• Ensure the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and workstations.
• Serve as a liaison between our Indonesian and international teams, facilitating clear communication and collaboration.
• Monitor and respond to IT security threats and vulnerabilities.
• Document IT processes and procedures for future reference.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest IT trends, technologies, and best practices.
• Assist in the implementation of new IT systems and technologies as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT support or a similar role.
• Proficiency in English and German, both written and spoken.
• Strong technical skills in hardware, software, and networking.
• Experience with ITIL or other IT service management frameworks.
• Certifications in IT support, such as CompTIA A+, ITIL Foundation, or Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate.
• Familiarity with cloud computing platforms, such as Microsoft Azure or AWS.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
