As a Mandarin Translator/Interpreter at Pan Brothers, you will be responsible for translating and interpreting documents, emails, and verbal communications between Mandarin speakers and Indonesian colleagues. You will also assist in international meetings, negotiations, and events, ensuring clear and accurate communication. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Translate and interpret documents, emails, and verbal communications between Mandarin speakers and Indonesian colleagues.
Assist in international meetings, negotiations, and events, ensuring clear and accurate communication.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate smooth business operations and growth.
Utilize translation software such as Trados, SDL Trados Studio, or MemoQ for efficient and accurate translations.
Maintain and update translation files and databases to ensure consistency and accuracy.
Adhere to company policies and procedures related to confidentiality and data security.
Provide feedback and suggestions for improving translation and interpretation processes.
Stay updated with industry trends and developments to enhance translation and interpretation services.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Fluency in both written and spoken Mandarin (HSK Level 5 or equivalent).
Strong communication skills in both English and Indonesian.
Bachelor's degree in Translation, Linguistics, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in translation and interpretation.
Proficiency in using translation software such as Trados, SDL Trados Studio, or MemoQ.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Willingness to travel for international meetings and events.
