Your daily tasks will involve monitoring swimming areas, assisting guests in and out of the water, and responding to emergencies. You'll work with a variety of swimming pools, beaches, and water sports facilities, using tools like lifeguard whistles, rescue tubes, and first aid kits. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Monitor swimming areas to ensure safety and compliance with local regulations.
- Assist guests in and out of the water, providing a safe and enjoyable experience.
- Respond to emergencies and administer first aid as needed.
- Perform regular safety checks on swimming facilities and equipment.
- Provide excellent customer service to guests and staff.
- Work collaboratively with a team to maintain a high standard of safety and service.
- Stay updated on safety protocols and emergency procedures.
- Participate in training and certification programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Lifeguard or similar role.
- Valid Lifeguard certification (e.g., Red Cross Lifeguard, AED, or equivalent).
- Strong knowledge of water safety and emergency procedures.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a team and under pressure.
- Physical fitness and the ability to swim proficiently.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Willingness to work in various locations across Bali.
