📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Create and maintain technical documentation for our products and services.,Collaborate with product teams to gather information and ensure accuracy of technical content.,Review and edit technical documents to ensure clarity, consistency, and correctness.,Develop and maintain style guides and templates for technical writing.,Train and mentor junior technical writers and other team members.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing.,Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English Literature, Communications, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical writing or a related field.,Strong understanding of technical concepts and the ability to explain them clearly.,Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.,Familiarity with technical writing tools and software, such as MadCap Flare, Confluence, or similar.,Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.,Strong communication and collaboration skills.,Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
