Sentral Putri Geprek is seeking a dynamic and experienced Store Manager to join our team in Canggu, Bali. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our store, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving sales growth. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and benefits package.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and sales targets.,Ensure the store is clean, well-organized, and visually appealing to customers.,Train and develop store staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to increase revenue.,Handle customer complaints and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.,Manage supplier relationships and ensure timely delivery of products.,Oversee the preparation and presentation of food items to meet quality standards.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve store operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience in a management or supervisory role in the food service industry.,Proven track record of successfully managing staff and driving sales growth.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.,Ability to speak and understand Indonesian fluently.
