📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Leading a team of employees to ensure that all tasks are completed on time and to the highest standard.,Developing and implementing strategies to improve the efficiency and productivity of the section.,Overseeing the recruitment, training, and development of team members.,Ensuring that all policies and procedures are followed and that the section is compliant with all relevant laws and regulations.,Monitoring the performance of the section and providing regular reports to management.,Collaborating with other sections and departments to ensure that the overall goals of the company are met.,Representing the company at external events and meetings as required.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, preferably in business administration or a related discipline.,A minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in a similar industry or organization.,Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and clients.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.,Familiarity with HRIS and other HR management tools is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and to meet tight deadlines.,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
