📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients in the Food & Beverage, Biopharma, and Bioprocess industries.,Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to drive revenue growth.,Provide technical expertise and support to clients to ensure they achieve their business objectives.,Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement effective sales strategies.,Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and threats.,Conduct market research and analysis to support sales efforts and decision-making.,Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management.,Attend industry events and conferences to network and build relationships with potential clients.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Engineering, Chemistry, or a related discipline.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a sales engineering role, preferably in the Food & Beverage, Biopharma, or Bioprocess industries.,Strong technical knowledge and understanding of relevant products and technologies.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.,Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.,Experience with CRM software and sales tools is a plus.,Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Indonesian is a plus.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
