Elitez Group is seeking a highly experienced Senior M&A Manager to join our Corporate Finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, evaluating, and executing strategic mergers and acquisitions that align with the company's growth objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in corporate finance, a proven track record in M&A transactions, and a deep understanding of the Indonesian market.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Identify and evaluate potential M&A opportunities that align with the company's strategic objectives.,Conduct due diligence on potential targets, including financial, legal, and operational aspects.,Negotiate and structure M&A transactions, including valuation, financing, and integration strategies.,Lead and manage the M&A team, providing guidance and support to ensure successful transaction execution.,Monitor and report on the progress of M&A transactions, providing regular updates to senior management.,Build and maintain strong relationships with potential targets, investors, and other stakeholders.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory changes, and market conditions to inform strategic decision-making.,Participate in board meetings and other senior-level discussions to provide insights and recommendations on M&A opportunities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 8 years of experience in M&A, corporate finance, or a related field, with a strong focus on strategic transactions.,Proven track record of successfully executing M&A transactions, including valuation, negotiation, and integration.,Strong understanding of Indonesian market dynamics, including regulatory environment, industry trends, and competitive landscape.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Experience working with multinational companies or in a cross-border context is a plus.
