📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage SAP business transformation and change initiatives, ensuring successful implementation and adoption of SAP solutions.,Develop and execute SAP business transformation strategies aligned with IBM's and client's business objectives.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and opportunities for SAP solutions.,Monitor and report on project progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders.,Provide guidance and support to SAP implementation teams, ensuring best practices are followed.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends, SAP technologies, and best practices.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.,Contribute to the development and growth of IBM's SAP practice in Indonesia.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.,8-10 years of experience in SAP business transformation and change management.,Proven track record of successfully leading and managing SAP implementation projects.,Strong understanding of SAP business processes and technologies.,Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Certifications in SAP or relevant technologies are a plus.
