📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the sales team with administrative tasks such as data entry, scheduling, and coordination.,Maintain and update sales records, customer information, and other relevant documents.,Prepare and distribute sales reports, presentations, and other materials to the sales team.,Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely and accurate information sharing.,Assist in organizing and managing sales events, meetings, and conferences.,Provide administrative support to the sales manager and other senior staff members.,Handle customer inquiries and provide information as needed.,Maintain a clean and organized workspace, and ensure all administrative tasks are completed accurately and efficiently.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales administration or administrative role.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.,Ability to work well in a team environment and adapt to a fast-paced work setting.,Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
