PT Maritim Giri is seeking a dedicated and experienced Store Manager to oversee the operations of our store in Medan. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail management and a passion for customer service. This is a remote position, allowing you to manage the store from anywhere while maintaining high standards of performance.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations, including inventory management, sales, and customer service.,Ensure the store meets all sales targets and KPIs.,Manage and train store staff to deliver exceptional customer service.,Monitor and maintain store cleanliness and organization.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.,Conduct regular stock checks and manage inventory levels.,Collaborate with the marketing team to promote store events and special offers.,Generate and analyze sales reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience in retail management.,Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with retail software and point-of-sale systems.,Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Knowledge of Indonesian market trends and consumer behavior is a plus.
