Bidang Oka Fried Chicken is seeking a dedicated HR Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and fostering a positive work environment. This is a remote position, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work from anywhere in Indonesia.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Recruit, hire, and onboard new employees in accordance with company policies and labor laws.,Manage employee records, including personal data, performance evaluations, and training records.,Administer and enforce company policies related to attendance, leave, and discipline.,Facilitate employee engagement activities and initiatives to improve morale and productivity.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR strategies and programs.,Coordinate with management to address employee concerns and resolve conflicts.,Ensure compliance with all labor laws and regulations.,Provide HR support to the management team as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR roles, preferably in a fast-food or similar industry.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.,Familiarity with remote work tools and platforms.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
