📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and hire qualified candidates.,Source and screen candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and referrals.,Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and fit for the role.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and provide feedback on candidates.,Maintain a strong relationship with candidates throughout the hiring process.,Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.,Provide regular reports on recruitment activities and metrics.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using recruitment software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
