📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct job analysis and prepare job descriptions.,Source and attract qualified candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and employee referrals.,Screen and evaluate resumes and applications to identify potential candidates.,Schedule and conduct interviews with candidates, including phone screens, in-person interviews, and assessments.,Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide recommendations.,Assist in the onboarding process for new hires.,Maintain accurate records of all recruitment activities and candidate information.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,2-3 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
