📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and needs.,Source, screen, and evaluate job applicants to ensure a high-quality candidate pool.,Conduct interviews and assessments to identify the best candidates for the role.,Maintain a strong network of industry contacts to facilitate the recruitment process.,Provide feedback and guidance to candidates throughout the recruitment process.,Stay updated with the latest recruitment trends and best practices.,Assist in the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Experience with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) is a plus.,Proficiency in English and Indonesian languages.
