📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote Royal Org's programs and initiatives.
• Manage and grow our social media presence, creating engaging content and coordinating with influencers.
• Coordinate outreach activities, including community events, workshops, and partnerships.
• Support the marketing team in planning and executing campaigns, including email marketing and digital advertising.
• Assist in the creation of reports and presentations to track the performance of marketing initiatives.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure all marketing materials are aligned with Royal Org's brand guidelines.
• Provide administrative support to the marketing department, including scheduling and coordination.
• Contribute to the development of new marketing ideas and initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of social media platforms and marketing tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, or similar.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and independently.
• Fluent in English and Indonesian.
• Passion for community engagement and social impact.
• Willingness to travel and work across different locations in Bali.
• Previous internship or work experience in marketing or a related field is a plus.
