📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations and ensure smooth running of the store.,Manage and train store operators to maintain high service standards.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock control.,Drive sales performance through effective merchandising and promotions.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement.,Prepare and present weekly and monthly reports to the management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail operations, preferably in a leadership role.,Proven track record of driving sales performance and improving store efficiency.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using retail management software.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field.,Familiarity with Indonesian retail industry and customer preferences.
