Salon Adi Cafe & Coffee is looking for a dynamic and passionate Lead Brand Ambassador to join our team. As the Lead Brand Ambassador, you will be responsible for representing our brand, engaging with customers, and driving sales. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Represent the brand and maintain a positive image of Salon Adi Cafe & Coffee.,Engage with customers, provide excellent service, and ensure a pleasant experience.,Drive sales and promote our products and services.,Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies.,Manage and mentor junior brand ambassadors.,Participate in events, promotions, and other brand-related activities.,Provide feedback and suggestions for improving our products and services.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role in the hospitality or retail industry.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong customer service orientation.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proficient in using social media and other digital marketing tools.,Familiarity with the coffee and café industry is a plus.,Ability to lift and carry up to 20 lbs (9 kg).,Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
