Up Go Berjaya is seeking a talented and experienced Lead Accountant to join our finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing accounting operations, ensuring financial accuracy, and providing strategic financial advice. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage day-to-day accounting activities including financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.,Oversee the preparation and submission of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.,Provide financial analysis and insights to support business decisions.,Manage the accounts payable and receivable processes.,Supervise and mentor junior accountants.,Conduct regular financial reviews and audits.,Prepare and present financial reports to senior management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.,Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian GAAP and IFRS standards.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluency in Indonesian and English.
