📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing daily store operations and ensuring smooth customer service.,Oversee inventory management and stock control to maintain optimal levels.,Train and mentor junior staff to ensure high standards of service and sales.,Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies to boost sales.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the Store Manager.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Participate in store improvement initiatives and promotional activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a retail environment, preferably in a management role.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and retail management software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with sales and marketing principles.,Good understanding of customer service and sales techniques.
