📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Maintain and troubleshoot computer hardware and software,Provide technical support to employees,Manage and update our company's IT systems and software,Ensure the security and backup of our IT systems,Monitor network performance and ensure it is running efficiently,Install and configure new IT equipment as needed,Assist in the development and implementation of new IT projects,Provide training to employees on the use of IT systems and software

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support or a similar role,Strong knowledge of computer hardware and software,Familiarity with network infrastructure and security,Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills,Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively,Familiarity with ITIL or other IT service management frameworks is a plus,Knowledge of cloud computing and virtualization technologies is a plus

🛠️ Keahlian

Technical skills: Proficiency in using Windows and Linux operating systemsknowledge of networking protocolsexperience with IT security measuresSoft skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsability to work under pressurestrong organizational and time management skills
