🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field,Minimum 2 years of experience in IT support or a similar role,Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure and networking,Familiarity with Windows and Linux operating systems,Good problem-solving and communication skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Basic knowledge of programming languages is a plus,Fluency in English is a plus
