Space Store Corporindo is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented HR Staff to join our team in Tenggarong, Kalimantan Timur. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.,Coordinate with managers to address employee concerns, grievances, and performance issues.,Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, including orientation and training.,Support the HR department in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Assist in the preparation of HR reports and data analysis.,Stay up-to-date with labor laws and regulations in Indonesia.,Perform other HR-related tasks as assigned by the HR Manager.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar role within a corporate environment.,Strong knowledge of HR practices and procedures.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluency in Indonesian is required; English proficiency is a plus.,Valid ID and work permit for Indonesia.
