📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Coordinate employee benefits and ensure they are administered correctly.,Handle employee relations, including resolving conflicts and disciplinary actions.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR strategies and programs.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Assist in the planning and execution of training programs for employees.,Stay updated on HR trends and best practices to improve HR operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR generalist roles.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with HR metrics and data analysis.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
