📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Monitor and maintain the company's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and workstations.,Provide technical support to employees, addressing hardware and software issues.,Implement and manage security measures to protect the company's data and systems.,Perform regular system backups and ensure data integrity.,Collaborate with the IT team to plan and execute system upgrades and improvements.,Document system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps.,Ensure compliance with IT policies and industry standards.,Assist in the implementation of new technologies and software solutions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience as a System Administrator or similar role.,Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, and networking protocols.,Familiarity with virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V.,Experience with scripting languages like PowerShell or Python is a plus.,Good understanding of cybersecurity principles and best practices.,Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.,Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
