PT Bukit Cendana is seeking a dynamic and experienced Deputy Area Manager to join our team in Dili. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of our area, ensuring that all activities are aligned with the company's goals and objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in management, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of success in a similar role.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the area, ensuring that all activities are carried out efficiently and effectively.,Develop and implement strategies to improve the performance of the team and the overall operations of the area.,Monitor and evaluate the performance of the team, providing feedback and support as needed.,Ensure that all safety protocols and regulations are followed, and that the workplace is a safe and healthy environment for all employees.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders.,Ensure that all financial targets are met, and that the area is operating within budget.,Attend and participate in meetings with senior management, providing updates on the status of the area and any issues that need to be addressed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of success.,Strong knowledge of the local market and industry trends.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders.,Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire the team.,Experience with financial management and budgeting.,Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and Tetum is a plus.
