📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage the team to ensure smooth operations,Oversee daily operations and ensure all tasks are completed on time,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless communication,Monitor team performance and provide feedback and training as needed,Ensure all safety protocols are followed and maintained,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner,Maintain a positive and productive work environment,Attend team meetings and provide updates on team performance

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership role,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures,Experience in a similar role in a fast-paced environment,Bachelor's degree in a related field,Familiarity with relevant software and tools,Must be able to travel as needed
