📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist tutors in preparing lesson plans and materials.,Conduct individual and group tutoring sessions.,Monitor student progress and provide feedback to tutors.,Organize and maintain student records and attendance.,Assist in the development and implementation of educational programs.,Collaborate with tutors to ensure a positive and engaging learning environment.,Participate in staff meetings and training sessions.,Perform other duties as assigned by the team leader.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 1 year of experience in tutoring or a related role.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with educational technologies and tools.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Valid teaching certification or equivalent is a plus.,Experience in online tutoring is a plus.
