Accounting Specialist - PT. Mega Multi Samudra

PT. Mega Multi Samudra is a leading maritime company in Indonesia, and we are looking for a dedicated Accounting Specialist to join our team in Tangerang, Banten. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and providing valuable insights to support strategic business decisions. This full-time position offers a competitive salary of IDR 5,000,000 - 8,000,000 per month.

As an Accounting Specialist, you will work closely with our finance team to manage daily accounting transactions, prepare financial reports, and assist in budgeting and forecasting. You will also be involved in audits and ensure that all financial transactions are accurately recorded and reported. This role is ideal for a professional who is detail-oriented, analytical, and passionate about maritime industry.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using accounting software such as SAP or Oracle.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes to support strategic planning.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations, including GAAP and IFRS.
• Conduct regular audits and internal controls to identify and mitigate financial risks.
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to support business decision-making.
• Manage payroll processing and ensure accurate and timely payment of employee salaries.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting, preferably in the maritime industry.
• Certification in accounting software such as SAP or Oracle is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
