As we expand our operations in Bali, we are seeking a Finance and Accounting Supervisor to oversee our financial and accounting processes in Badung. This role is crucial to ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our financial operations, and you will play a key part in driving the financial health of our growing business.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing our accounting team, ensuring compliance with Indonesian GAAP, and providing financial insights to support strategic decision-making. You will work with SAP S/4HANA, QuickBooks, and other financial software to maintain our financial records, and you will have the opportunity to develop your skills in a dynamic and fast-growing industry.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the day-to-day financial operations and ensure compliance with Indonesian GAAP.
• Manage the accounting team, including recruitment, training, and performance management.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Ensure accurate and timely processing of invoices, payments, and reconciliations.
• Work with SAP S/4HANA and QuickBooks to maintain and update financial records.
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate financial reporting.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in financial management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a Finance and Accounting Supervisor role, with a strong background in the furniture industry.
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or equivalent certification.
• Proficient in SAP S/4HANA and QuickBooks.
• Strong understanding of Indonesian GAAP and financial regulations.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple priorities.
